I understand the self-medication, anger, and confusion that come with searching for relief from emotional, mental and spiritual pain.

My mission is to support individuals through a transformative journey towards inner healing and life balance, through the safe and intentional use of legal psychedelic and plant medicines combined with psychotherapy and other mind/body practices.

Healing for the Mind, Body & Spirit

Psychotherapy sessions are rooted in reconnecting with yourself, and your mind/body/spirit through releasing limiting beliefs and stuck emotions with talk therapy combined with mindfulness/meditation, psychedelic medicine, and parts work.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness as noted by Jon Kabat-Zinn "is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally." This practice allows us to let of attachment to ruminating thoughts and enhance emotional regulation, allowing individuals to observe and understand their feelings  without being overwhelmed. 

Mindfulness in turn increases self-awareness to foster better stress management, reduced anxiety and lower levels of depression. By cultivating a mindful approach, we can break the cycle of negative thoughts and develop a healthier relationship with our experiences. During sessions you'll learn exercises like meditation, deep breathing, and body scans. Over time, these practices empower clients to gain insights into their behavior, enhance their coping strategies, and foster a greater sense of well-being and resilience.

Psychedelic & Plant Medicine

Psychedelic and plant medicines, such as ket amine, psilocybin, MDMA, and ayahuasca, can support profound emotional and psychological healing by assisting with breaking down mental barriers and fostering a state of openness and introspection for working through traumatic experiences or releasing stuck emotions.

 

Research has demonstrated their effectiveness in treating conditions like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders, often with enduring benefits after just a few sessions. The altered state of conscious produced by these medicines can lead to a heightened sense of connectedness and self-awareness, helping to reframe negative thought patterns and gain new perspectives. When combined with professional therapeutic support, these experiences can lead to lasting personal growth, emotional release, and a profound sense of healing and transformation.

Parts Work, IFS-Informed Treatment

Parts work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, an approach that views the mind as composed of different "parts," each with their own emotions, thoughts and roles. These parts often develop as coping mechanisms to navigate life’s challenges and traumas. We can help bring these parts into more harmony by understanding them and fostering a relationship with our core Self, our innate inner source of wisdom, compassion, and healing. 

By identifying and addressing internal conflicts and imbalances among parts, we can achieve greater self-awareness and emotional regulation. Through compassionate inner dialogue, we can integrate and unburden these parts, leading to improved mental health, reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression, and enhanced overall well-being.
